Business Networking International Manitoba Names New Executive Director

We are thrilled to announce the addition of another seasoned professional to a leadership position on the BNI team. It is the varied backgrounds of our members that give our network its global reach, while our shared core values inline with BNI’s mission contribute to its success; giving each of you the best possible forum for business growth. Each chapter is integral to our National footprint, and its individual members the touchstones for that success.

Meet BNI Manitoba Executive Director Javier Nudler

Business Networking International (BNI) Manitoba, which operates nine chapters in the city of Winnipeg, has named Javier Nudler as its new Executive Director. Javier was born in Argentina and immigrated to Canada in 2003. He has over 35 years of experience in sales and sales management, which has helped him to create successful, lasting relationships in both business and his personal life.

Javier’s primary goal is to expand the BNI chapters in Winnipeg, and beyond. “Using my previous experience in startups, small businesses, and large organizations, and through the proven BNI strategies for networking, I hope to be able to make a difference for many businesses across Manitoba while growing the BNI Manitoba chapters,” says Javier.

I'm a firm believer of networking and of the givers' gain philosophy,” Nudler adds. Having found this opportunity where I can use my skills and experience to promote and practice both, feels like my whole life prepared me for this moment.

Javier enjoys long walks in the forest with his wife and dog Max, attending his two children’s basketball and baseball games, and reading mystery novels.
